Service contracts

With our service organization we offer worldwide support to machine manufacturers, dealers and operators for HEIDENHAIN components on machine tools. These services are performed by qualified technicians in our worldwide service network.p>In addition, we offer machine tool builders and dealers three different service contract packages for HEIDENHAIN products.
The contents of the contracts for on-site service are:  

• Extension of the Voluntarily Granted Guarantee 
• Local Stocking of Materials  
• Personnel Deployment
